A faulty product is identified as a product unfit for its advertised intended use or has arrived damaged. If the goods arrive faulty or damaged, you have 20 days to contact JILD following the product’s purchase date in order to qualify for a return. The shipping costs associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
